This family-owned resort is nestled on the pristine shores of Paje Beach in the south east of the island and is a proud member of Relais & Châteaux.

The resort is a  private estate of 19 villas (one, two and five bedroomed villas) and 3 Cinnamon rooms. Each villa rests on its own landscaped plot and has indoor and outdoor bathrooms, some with pools and some with hot tubs – or both.

Dining showcases the authentic flavours of Zanzibar combining fresh garden produce grown on site or from local farmers and fresh fish from local fishermen. Ther are several bars and 2 restaurants – the fine dining Doors To Zanzibar Restaurant and the more casual Beach Restaurant and Bar.

The resort has a myriad of local activities – kitesurfing, water sports, diving, snorkelling; as well as tennis, padel, yoga, and a fitness centre. Other activities are guided Stone Town visits, excursions to Jozani Forest and Chumbe Island Marine Park.
