KAYILA CAMP
Named after a nearby pan (watering hole) first known by the San people, Tum Tum, part of the Imvelo portfolio, is in the south-east of the park.
Four treehouses and one tented family suite are built into the teak and camelthorn woodland overlooking a series of waterholes along a grassy valley. The main lodge has a raised teak deck shaded by canvas with open-fronted bar, lounge and dining area. It also has a lower teak deck and a pool. Pop-up spa treatments are on offer by prior arrangement.
Activities include game drives and walking safaris, community visits and visits to the Imvelo Mlevu Rhino Sanctuary, a partnership with the local community. There is a photographic look-up blind (hide) at the nearby Mandiseka Pan.
Children: no under 7 (unless by special arrangement)
Open: year round
