True to its Tsonga name, meaning tranquil, Tengile River Lodge is a peaceful retreat on a right-angled bend of the Sand River, sharing an unfenced boundary with the Kruger National Park and MalaMala Game Reserve.

Ther are nine large guest suites and a 2-bedroom family suite - each with private verandahs and plunge pools. 

The main guest area has indoor and outdoor dining, lounge and bar sections; and a pool with gym and spa unit. 

Activities include game drives and seasonal bush walks.
