Built in the style of a stately Edwardian manor house on Sasakwa Hill, the lodge is in the 350,000-acre private Singita Grumeti Reserve in Western Serengeti.

The main lodge has a grand entrance, wraparound verandas, and an eclectic combination of antiques and local artefacts. There are several lounge and relaxation areas as well as outdoor dining options and an interactive kitchen. There is a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a tennis court and a spa.

Accommodation is in 6 x 1-bedroom cottages, 2 x 2-bedroom cottages, 1 x 3-bedroom cottage, and a x 4-bedroom cottage – all with private plunge pools.

There is also the Hillside Suite - a 1-bedroom dual-level suite with a private swimming pool, dedicated butler and private guide and vehicle. 

Activities include game drives and bush walks, and balloon flights (at an extra cost), community visits and hikes to Observation Point 7 and the anti-poaching unit.
