This permanent Nigel Archer Safaris’ tented camp is in the heart of the  Maasai Mara National Reserve, on ground the migration crosses every July through October – so guests are already on the prime wildlife site. 

The camp was fully refurbished in 2025; it is a classic tented camp – with the main lounge and dining areas under canvas with Persian rugs, wooden furniture and brass fittings. Meals are served on one long table under the guidance of head chef Mutinda.

There are 7 double/twin canvas suites, with a full en-suite bathroom, a private verandah, and a sitting area; and a family unit of 2 full tents connected by a shared verandah, each side has its own en-suite bathroom.

Activities include game drives and bush walks. Hot air balloon safaris are also available as are cultural excursions.

Children: no under 8 (younger children on request)
