The Royal Livingstone by Anantara is built on the banks of the Zambezi River just upstream for the Falls themselves. It is a 5 star colonial masterpiece with ceiling fans in all areas of the hotel, beautiful artefacts and paintings from the Livingstone era.

The hotel has 173 rooms facing the river along with the restaurant, lounge area and bar. There is a large pool with sun beds, rolling evergreen lawn and decks out over the river. The hotel has the Anantara Livingstone Spa offering massages on the banks of the river and gym. There is an activities desk offering all the adventure options as well as river cruises and game drives.
