Sister property to Ilala Lodge, 4km out of town, the Palm River Hotel sits along the banks of the Zambezi River.

There are 73 rooms set in indigenous gardens with rolling lawns and towering trees.  The rooms are river facing and include 60 Deluxe Rooms, 2 two-bedroomed Deluxe Suites, 2 Honeymoon Suites, 3 Executive Suites, 1 Presidential Suite and a private Villa with 3 spacious bedrooms.

Two rooms are wheelchair accessible rooms, both inter-leading Deluxe Rooms, on the ground floor closest to the Main Area. 

The dining options include the hotel’s restaurant, riverside dining with traditional entertainment and dinner at the Cassia Restaurant at Ilala Lodge. There is also an indulgent riverside high tea option.

There is a spa and gym on site and complimentary shuttles into town through the day. 

The hotel has a tours desk for all the Falls options and offers its own river cruises on the Ra-Ikane - breakfast, birdwatching, lunch and sunset cruises.
