About an hour east downstream by boat from sister camp Chiawa, Old Mondoro is located in an open area of Faidherbia (Winterthorn) forest. This is a delightful rustic camp - with a simple but complete design.

There are five comfortable rooms, with their half-height walls and timber decks, strung out along a channel off the Zambezi. One of the units is a two-bedroomed family chalet.

Activities include game drives, walking safaris, river cruises, canoeing and fishing.
