Mfuwe Lodge is just inside South Luangwa National Park a short distance from the entrance gate.  It is set around two lagoons, shaded by a canopy of ebony and mahogany trees.

The main area has a thatched open-plan reception, lounge, dining & bar area with an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor gym & Bush-Spa.

Each year during November and December families of elephant walk through the lodge reception to feed on the fruiting wild mango tree.

The lodge has 18 thatch chalets (including 2 x suites, 3 x family rooms) and a private 2 bedroomed family house.
