Located just inside the main gate of South Luangwa National Park, KuKaya is an exclusive retreat of six spacious tented thatched villas overlooking the Luangwa floodplain.

Each private villa has a living and dining space, indoor and outdoor showers, and a private plunge pool and individual fire pit.  Each villa has their own dedicated guide and vehicle so game drive times are very flexible as is dining. There are five 2 bedroomed villas (minimum 4 guests) and one 1 bedroomed villa (minimum 2 guests).

The main area has a boma, dining and lounge section and curio shop and reception.
