This family owned lodge is set in the western sector of the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve and was named after the Shangaan word for ‘zebra’.

The main lodge has a pool with a large patio, the bar, Baobab spa, the gym, multiple lounges, including the gazebo, cellar, indoor and outdoor dining as well as a curio shop and hide (accessed via a swing bridge).

Ther are 14 rooms - 2 Makubela Suites (can be inter-leading), 8 Safari Suites (2 of which can be inter-leading) and 4 Linked Suites with a shared outside space for families and groups. The suites have indoor and outdoor showers, private decks and plunge pools.

Activities include game drives and seasonal bush walks.
