Centrally located and near the CBD, Highlands House was established in May 2013, and once a family home it still has a homely feel to it.  It is off-grid, powered by solar energy and uses a grey water recycling system to maintain the beautiful, landscaped gardens. 

There are 36 en-suite bedrooms, including 6 Executive Suites, 12 Suites, and 18 Executive Rooms. For longer stays, there are 2 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom studio apartments with fully equipped kitchens, lounge and dining areas. 

The main area houses dining, lounge and bar sections and there is a pool, tennis court and complimentary gym access; and a conference room (for 14).

Stays are generally on a bed and breakfast basis with dinners on request. 

Highlands House is well known for its for private and small group functions and dinners, often hosting special themed events.
