This boutique hotel is tucked away in Kigali’s leafy Kiyovu neighbourhood, just minutes from the city centre and 20-minutes from the airport.

There are 20 individually designed rooms with private patios, outdoor showers, and locally sourced furnishings. The property has a heated saltwater pool, farm-to-table dining at the acclaimed Fusion Restaurant, a yoga and wellness studio.

Dining is in the Fusion Restaurant where in addition to the a la carte menu, there is a 6 Course tasting menu with wine pairing or a festive Urban Bush Dinner with Rwandan Live Cooking and optional Traditional Dancers for groups of 6+ guests (with advanced reservation).

The Lounge offers guests a space for sundowners and bites, with a fireplace and an expansive outdoor deck.

There is also the option of dining at Heaven Restaurant (next door to The Retreat) - a hospitality training facility and cultural venue serving a unique modern African menu.
