Set in the suburbs, this colonial-styled boutique lodge is one kilometre from the Victoria Falls centre and 2 kilometres (1 mile) from the Falls themselves. It sits in a lush garden under a canopy of indigenous msasa, mahogany, and teak trees.

There are 10 rooms with either courtyard or garden views, and a two-room family villa with a private garden. The main area has a lounge, dining and bar section as well as a pool. Accommodation is generally on a bed & breakfast basis with dinners on request; and activities are easily arranged.
