The sister properties – Bluebay Beach Resort and Sultan Sands Island Resort - share a 582m stretch of white sandy beach on the east coast of the island.

Set in 30-acres of tropical gardens with over 1,000 palm trees, the resort offers the ultimate in beach comfort, a blend of Swahili and Arab architecture and décor creates a relaxed ambience with excellent accommodation, fine wining and dining. The 2 facilities share access to a host of sports and leisure facilities and the Oasis Spa.

Bluebay Beach Resort has 112 rooms and suites made up of Garden Rooms, Superior / Deluxe Rooms and Suites & Sultan Master Suites: 

Sultan Sands Island Resort has 76 rooms housed in single-storey African-style rondavels made up of Pwani Rooms (56 units): facing the Indian Ocean on elevated grounds within landscaped gardens and Bahari Rooms (20 units): located right at the ocean's edge near the beach, featuring private plunge pools

Activities include big game fishing, boat trips & dhow cruises, windsurfing, canoes, scuba diving & snorkelling, beach volleyball and floodlit tennis, table tennis & snooker.
