Set in landscaped tropical gardens, Batonka is in the suburbs of Victoria Falls town. There are 27 rooms spread across two wings of the property - pool view and garden view rooms.  The main lodge has both indoor and alfresco dining, a lounge, and verandah that overlooks the gardens and main swimming pool. There is an activities desk and twice daily shuttles into town.

For families and small groups, the Flame Lily Wing is tucked off to one side of the property, and has five  pool-view rooms, a dedicated swimming pool, shaded seating areas, and a private dining space.
