The lodge is set along a one-kilometre stretch of pristine white-sand beach on Benguerra Island within the Bazaruto Archipelago Marine National Park.  

There are ten beachfront villas: 6 Beach Villas, 3 Beach Villa Grandes (with private plunge pools), and one spacious two-bedroom Villa Vista (with dining and lounge areas and a private plunge pool) - all with ocean-front position, elevated decks and direct beach access.

The main area has a swimming pool, a lounge-bar section, open-plan dining and social spaces, with relaxed beachfront and poolside ambiance. Guests also have access to the nearby Peri Peri Beach Club which has a  pool, bar, dining beach-club vibe. In-villa or beachfront spa/wellness treatments are available.

Activities include direct access to the beach for swimming, walking, beach lounging and sunset views, sunset sailing cruises on traditional dhows and optional kayak / paddle-board / small-boat or speedboat rides around the reefs or nearby islets.

Extra activities (extra cost) include private picnics on sandbanks or remote beaches - including “Paradise Island” day trips with snorkelling & lunch; access to a fully equipped 5-Star PADI dive centre for diving and snorkelling  - including trips to the nearby famed reef (e.g. “Two-Mile Reef”); guided snorkelling excursions, boat-based snorkelling, and reef exploration;

deep-sea and tag-and-release fishing expeditions, for game fish such as marlin, sailfish, giant trevally and whale-watching (seasonal) and marine-wildlife viewing.
