The Lower Zambezi National Park is a spectacular destination, covering an area of 4092 sq km. Most of the game viewing is concentrated on the Valley floor, where huge herds of elephant, prides of lion, leopards, wild dogs, buffalo, zebra, waterbuck, kudu and impala are all common sights. The fantastic birdlife is another cause of attraction to the park, the budding ornithologist in you will find much to spark a passion to learn more of the animal residents of this region.
