Kaingo Safaris
Kaingo Camp is an owner-operated camp deep in South Luangwa National Park, perfectly in tune with nature and 100% eco-friendly. Their privileged location affords un-disturbed game-viewing in the beautiful and diverse habitats of the wild Luangwa Valley.

There are very few safaris this far inside the park. If you find a lion kill or leopards mating it is most likely that it will be your car alone on the sighting. And, with 95% of the guests seeing leopard, it is a good place to see this mighty cat in its natural habitat.

Kaingo is known for its photographic hides, designed by Derek, one of the owners. These hides are guaranteed to get you close enough to the wildlife to take a while host of stunning photos – in complete safety. These hides have been used by photographers such as Frans Lanting of National Geographic, Own Prumm of Discovery Channel, David Rogers of Africa Geographic, Lyn Johnsson of National Geographic and Independent film maker Peter Lamberti (Valley of the Golden Baboon). The BBC have used their hippo hide in the filming of the Wild Africa Series.
